About the Role: We are a new automotive export company looking for a reliable and organized Logistics Officer to manage the entire vehicle export process from collection to shipping. Key Responsibilities: – Collect vehicles from suppliers across UAE – Handle all administrative procedures (export documentation, customs clearance, certificates) – Coordinate with shipping companies and freight forwarders – Manage vehicle loading onto vessels – Track shipments and provide updates to management – Ensure compliance with UAE export regulations – Maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners – Prepare shipping documents and invoices – Handle RTA and port-related procedures Requirements: – Valid UAE driving license (MANDATORY) – 1-2 years experience in automotive logistics or export operations – Knowledge of UAE vehicle export procedures – Familiarity with customs and port operations – Good communication skills (English mandatory, Arabic is a plus) – Detail-oriented and well-organized – Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks – Computer literate (Excel, email, tracking systems) – Live in Dubai or Sharjah with own transport preferred Job location: Dubai To Apply: Please send your CV and brief cover letter.
