Key Responsibilities Prospect for new clients through networking, marketing. Guide clients through the process of buying and leasing properties. Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain a database of clients for future business opportunities. Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationship Qualifications Fresh employees are acceptable. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
