Qualifications* Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role* Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry arts, and plating* Creativity with the ability to develop new recipes* Excellent time-management and organizational skills* Culinary degree or pastry certification (preferred but not required)
