Role Description The Customer Liaison Officer is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and facilitating a smooth service experience. Additional responsibilities include gathering customer feedback, identifying opportunities for service improvement, and providing accurate information about the company’s offerings. The Customer Liaison Officer will collaborate closely with other team members to enhance service delivery and meet customer expectations.
Qualifications Strong Customer Liaison and Customer Service skills with a focus on fostering positive relationships and delivering excellent service. Demonstrated dedication to Customer Satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer needs are met effectively. Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written, to interact efficiently with customers and team members. Solid Analytical Skills to identify customer needs, evaluate feedback, and propose service improvements. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferably in Automotive Industry. Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage. (Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
