We are currently seeking polished, service-driven hospitality professionals to join their Suite Operations and Front Office teams. Candidates must have strong guest-service skills and experience in luxury hotel environments.
Positions Available1. Butler ��� Chalet Operations 2. Front Desk Agent ��� Front Office

Requirements For Both Roles:Previous experience in luxury hotels or premium hospitality Strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation Ability to provide excn a high-end environment Fluency in English
Role-Specific Requirements:Butler ��� Chalet Operations Experience in personalized or VIP guest service Strong attention to detail and service customization Ability to manage chalet or suite-related requests efficiently
Front Desk Agent ��� Front Office Experience with OPERA PMS is required Strong upselling and guest-interaction skills Confident in handling check-ins, check-outs, and front desk operations
