We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Indian Retention Desk Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction, improving retention rates, and supporting overall revenue growth within the Indian market.
���� Key Responsibilities Manage and retain high-value clients within the Indian market. Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and support. Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high engagement and satisfaction. Drive client deposit growth through effective retention and upselling strategies. Monitor client activity, trading behavior, and lifecycle performance to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining client satisfaction and loyag Industry Experience (Minimum 1 Year) Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within the Forex or online trading sector. Strong understanding of trading platforms and client lifecycle management. Ability to manage high-value accounts and influence strong deposit volumes.������� Language & Communication Skills Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional Indian languages (Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, persuasive ability, and relationship-building skills.���� Retention & Upselling Focused Skilled in addressing client concerns proactively.
