About The Opportunity
A growing firm in the Management Consulting & Business Services sector, providing advisory, operational and administrative support to corporate clients across the United Arab Emirates. We are hiring an on-site Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth daily office operations, support client-facing teams, and maintain high standards of workplace organisation and hospitality.
Role & Responsibilities
Operate the front desk: greet visitors, manage incoming calls, route enquiries, and maintain a professional reception area. Manage calendars and appointments for managers and teams; coordinate meeting rooms, refreshments, and AV setup for client and internal meetings. Maintain filing systems (physical and digital), prepare, scan and archive documents, and ensure records adhere to company retention policies. Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships, and minor facilities requests to ensure uninterrupted office operations. Support basic finance and HR admin tasks: process invoices, expense claims, travel bookings, and assist with onboarding logistics. Prepare routine correspondence, reports and presentation materials; perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support project teams.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Proficiency with Microsoft Word Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Experience with Google Workspace Reception operations Document management
Preferred
Basic bookkeeping or familiarity with invoice processing Previous experience in a professional services or consulting office Arabic and English bilingual proficiency
