Assistant Restaurant Manager ��� Luxury 5-Star Hotel | Dubai
Marhaba Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading luxury hotel in Dubai for their Spanish restaurant, Salero. We are seeking an experienced and guest-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team. Candidates based in the UAE or with GCC experience are preferred, but overseas applicants will also be considered.

Requirements:Previous experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or Senior Supervisor within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment Strong communication, leadership, and guest-relations skills Experience with Spanish or Mediterranean cuisine idvantage Fluency in English; Spanish, French, or Italian is an advantage Preferred nationalities: Spain, open to South American candidates Preferably based in the UAE or with previous GCC experience
