Join a stealth-mode, multi-brand Web3 team launching a suite of products to disrupt the i Gaming industry. Starting with a Raffle/Competition product with high-value prizes and verifiable on-chain results. You’ll lead the go-to-market efforts and build out the long-term strategy across the wider eco-system, including;
B2C Sportsbook and Casino On-Chain multi-tier referral/affiliate platform$? Token – Our proprietary Web3 utility token.
We’re not looking for a theorist. You’ll be responsible for building the funnels, leading the team, and executing with speed and precision in a fast-paced Web3 environment.
Key Responsibilities Own and lead the go-to-market strategy for Raffle/Competition product and future brand launches Grow user communities across Discord, Telegram, and Twitter (X) Execute and manage performance across paid media, influencer/KOL campaigns, affiliate marketing, and organic growth Collaborate with content, design, and growth teams to deliver cohesive campaigns Define and track KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and conversion Build out a high-performing marketing team Coordinate with the Founder, Product and Branding teams to align launch priorities Establish performance marketing workflows and manage budgets Accountability!
Required Qualifications4+ years in B2C marketing, ideally including Web3, i Gaming, or fintech Proven experience growing and activating communities in Discord & Telegram Hands-on campaign management across social, paid, influencer, and affiliate channels Strong leadership and team-building capabilities Track record of owning marketing funnels from 0 ➝ 1 ➝ scale Experience launching new products or brands Data-driven decision making with a bias toward action
Preferred Requirements for bonus points! Crypto/Blockchain Experience Background in i Gaming, betting, NFTs, DeFi, or crypto tools Familiarity with Web3 analytics (Dune, Nansen, DeBank, Galxe, Zealy, etc.) Past experience working with Web3 token utilities or airdrop strategies Based in or open to relocating to Dubai (not required upfront)
