Responsibilities Apply classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume eyelash extensions Perform lash lifting, tinting, and refills Assess client eye shape and recommend suitable lash styles Maintain strict hygiene standards and tool sterilization Provide aftercare guidance and ensure client satisfaction Keep up with the latest lash trends and application techniques Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results Qualifications Proven experience as an Eyelash Technician / Lash Artist Strong skills in classic, hybrid, and volume lash applications Steady hands, precision, and attention to detail Ability to handle clients professionally and calmly Understanding of eye safety and lash health Relevant beauty/lash certifications preferred Experience in UAE beauty salons is an advantage
