Position Title: Overseas Investment Promotion and Operation Manager for Smart Home Products I. Basic Information Department: Marketing and Sales Reporting To: Sales Director Effective Date: [Date]II. Job Summary The Overseas Investment Promotion and Operation Manager for Smart Home Products is responsible for formulating and implementing overseas market investment promotion strategies, expanding and maintaining the overseas distributor network, and ensuring the achievement of regional business goals. This role requires in – depth understanding of the international smart home market, strong cross – cultural communication skills, and the ability to manage projects throughout the process. III. Responsibilities A. Overseas Market Expansion Based on the company’s overall marketing strategy and exhibition plan, conduct in – depth exploration and maintenance of existing overseas customer resources. Actively expand new distributor networks to achieve the regional store – opening targets. Participate in international industry exhibitions and business activities to promote the company’s smart home products and brand, and establish new business contacts. B. Market Insight and Strategy Optimization Efficiently integrate the company’s marketing resources, conduct overseas market research and analysis. Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and adjust investment promotion and marketing strategies in a timely manner. Provide market trend reports and strategic suggestions to the management team to support decision – making. C. Project Full – Process Management Drive all aspects of overseas distributor store – opening projects, including business negotiations, contract signing, store location selection, store decoration supervision, payment collection, and policy implementation. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the company’s quality standards. D. Distributor Empowerment and Support Assist the headquarters in implementing distributor management policies, providing store operation training and support to improve distributors’ profitability and brand loyalty. Organize regular distributor meetings and training sessions to share market information and best practices. E. Cross – cultural Problem Solving Participate in handling distributor emergencies, lead cross – cultural communication, coordinate resources, and ensure that problems are resolved in a closed – loop manner to achieve customer satisfaction. Build and maintain good relationships with distributors, resolve cultural and business differences through effective communication. IV. Qualifications A. Education Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in international business, marketing, or related fields. B. Work Experience At least 3 years of experience in international business development, investment promotion, channel sales, or market – related work, preferably in the smart home industry. C. Skills and Abilities Proficiency in both spoken and written English, with excellent cross – cultural communication skills. Familiarity with overseas cultures and market environments, and be able to accept irregular international business trips. Those with overseas work or living experience are preferred. Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure their smooth progress. Excellent business negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain long – term business relationships. Ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions based on market trends. Good problem – solving skills and the ability to handle emergencies independently. V.
