You will be the first and most critical voice of the company, bridging the technical world of Web3 finance with the regulated world of B2B accounting and audit. This is a foundational, high-impact, equity-only role (standard 4-year vesting, 1-year cliff) with significant ownership and opportunity to define the market category globally. Who We Are Looking For A strategic and scrappy B2B growth leader experienced in fintech, accounting Saa S, or Web3. You must be able to build a modern, multi-channel growth engine from zero and position Crypta Count as the undisputed standard for digital asset compliance and accounting. Key Responsibilities GTM & Brand Strategy: Design and execute Crypta Count’s full B2B Go-to-Market, brand architecture, and demand generation strategy. Web3-Native Growth: Pioneer Web3 growth loops, leveraging community building, developer relations, tokenomics (where relevant), and staying ahead of key crypto/DeFi trends. Audience-Specific Targeting: Drive targeted marketing campaigns aimed squarely at our core clients: Auditors (Big Four/Mid-Tier), Accountants, and Finance/Compliance Managers within crypto-native businesses. Content & SEO Leadership: Own the content strategy, ensuring Crypta Count dominates search rankings for crypto accounting, audit automation, and compliance topics. Performance Marketing: Oversee digital channels (SEO, PPC, email automation, Linked In ABM) and establish robust attribution models. Ecosystem Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with tax advisory firms, accounting software providers, and major players in the Web3 ecosystem. Data & Insights: Monitor core KPIs, including CAC, MQL/SQL quality, funnel conversion rates, and revenue impact, iterating quickly based on data. Qualifications7+ years in B2B marketing, with proven experience in fintech, accounting software, or complex Web3 infrastructure. Demonstrated success in building and scaling demand generation and multi-channel campaigns from the ground up. Expertise in B2B marketing technology stacks (CRM, analytics, automation) and a strong grasp of Web3-native tools and communities. Direct experience marketing to regulated finance professionals (auditors, accountants, CFOs). The Hustle: Proven ability to deliver substantial results with limited initial resources—a true hands-on, startup founder mentality is non-negotiable.
