What we do:Dialog AI is a full-stack enterprise platform for creating, deploying, and managing voice AI agents. We turn modern LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama) into real-time voice assistants for business — so customers can automate calls without months of development or tech expertise.
Role Description We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to sit at the intersection of:Engineering Customer success / solutions Product You will work directly with founders and clients to:Launch white-label AI Call Centers for Saa S platforms and integrators Implement custom workflows for new verticals (education, real estate, healthcare, etc.) Build and maintain integrations with CRMs, telephony, and internal systems This is not a “pure research” or “infra only” role. It’s a high-impact, customer-facing engineering role where you ship real solutions into production and see them used in live calls.
What you’ll do Own end-to-end deployments of Dialog AI for new customers and partners Configure and implement white-label setups (multi-tenant, branding, access) Design and build custom workflows and automations using our platform + code Integrate Dialog AI with CRMs, telephony, and Saa S platforms via REST, webhooks, OAuth Turn one-off projects into reusable templates and “vertical solutions”Ship platform features:Turn successful workflows into reusable product modules and templates. Extend our APIs, hooks, and configuration options to make future deployments easier. Improve developer & partner experience (docs, examples, small internal tools). Work closely with founders on scoping, solution design, and pilot launches Collect product feedback from customers and turn it into roadmap inputs Help define the “playbook” for future implementation / solutions teams Example projects you might work on:Deploy a white-label AI call center solution for an education Saa S with custom booking workflows Build Dialog AI application for CRM marketplace Build a reusable template for real estate lead qualification calls Configure n8n workflows for client-specific business logic (calendars, notifications, data sync) What we’re looking for Must-have3–7+ years of experience as a backend / full-stack / integrations / solutions engineer Strong with Node.js + Type Script OR similar backend stack and ready to switch Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations Comfortable talking to customers (founders, CTOs, ops leaders) and clarifying requirements You like shipping working solutions more than perfect abstractions Native Russian and good English (B1+) You’re okay with startup ambiguity and taking full ownership of projects Nice-to-have Experience with CRMs, telephony, or contact center tools (Hub Spot, Bitrix24, Pipedrive, Zoho, Twilio, Voximplant, etc.) Worked at an early-stage startup or as a forward deployed / solutions / implementation engineer Any experience with LLM / AI products, even via side projects Familiarity with Postgre SQL / Supabase What we offer Salary + meaningful stock options A seat at the table: direct access to founders and product decisions The chance to build the playbook for AI Call Center deployments globally Work on real, high-impact customer problems instead of internal tickets Remote-friendly within EMEA time zones (Dubai overlap is a plus) Platform Architecture Infrastructure: Cloud-based, scalable architecture (Heroku-ready, AWS-compatible) Backend: Node.js + Type Script, Express.js Frontend: Vanilla Java Script (ES6 modules), HTML5, CSS3, Supabase JS client Database: Supabase (Postgre SQL) with Row Level Security Voice AI & Technologies: Pipecat for voice ai orchestration + Chat GPT (Open AI) for dialogue processing, Eleven Labs, Azure Cognitive Services Integrations: REST API, OAuth 2.0, Webhooks Customization: Client-specific logic (CRM, calendars, additional webhooks) handled at n8n level via our APIsHow to apply Send a short message with:2–3 sentences about you Links to Git Hub / portfolio / Linked In1–2 examples of integrations or client projects you’re proud of
