This Employer Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which employers (“you”, “your”, “employer”) use HireMea.com (“we”, “our”, “us”).
- USE OF SERVICES
Employers may use HireMea.com to:
- Post job vacancies.
- Receive applications.
- Access dashboards and applicant data.
All services are free unless stated otherwise.
- ACCURATE INFORMATION
You agree to:
- Provide true and accurate job descriptions.
- Include correct company and contact details.
- Not post misleading, fake, or fraudulent vacancies.
- PROHIBITED ACTIONS
You must NOT:
- Charge job seekers fees.
- Request sensitive documents unless legally required.
- Post discriminatory or illegal job requirements.
- Use collected applicant data for any purpose other than hiring.
- DATA HANDLING & PRIVACY
You agree to:
- Handle applicant data securely.
- Use candidate information only for evaluating employment.
- Comply with UAE data protection standards.
HireMea.com is not responsible for employer misuse of data.
- PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITIES
HireMea.com:
- Provides a platform to connect employers and job seekers.
- Does not guarantee application numbers, candidate quality, or hiring outcomes.
- Does not verify every job seeker’s identity or background.
- ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for:
- Protecting your login credentials.
- Ensuring only authorized personnel access your employer account.
- TERMINATION & SUSPENSION
We may suspend or remove employer accounts that:
- Violate this Agreement.
- Post inappropriate or harmful jobs.
- Misuse user data or platform tools.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HireMea.com is not liable for:
- Hiring decisions.
- Candidate behaviour or qualifications.
- Financial or business losses.
- Service interruptions or delays.
- MODIFICATIONS
