About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our SaaS sales operations in the UAE. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a growing sales team, and driving consistent revenue growth for our cloud-based business solutions across the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing for lead optimization.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS.
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.
