Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant cum HR to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations, assist the Property Investment Manager, and handle basic HR responsibilities that help keep the office running smoothly.
Real Estate Admin Tasks:Support the Property Investment Manager with calls, emails, scheduling, and follow-ups. Maintain and organize client files, contracts, and essential documentation. Manage CRM tasks: update listings, prepare Form A, process NOCs, and assist with deal closures. Prepare Tenancy Contracts and coordinate landlord���tenant signing. Arrange property photoshoots and viewings. Ensure accurate listings on portals and assist with marketing materials (flyers, social media posts). Coordinate with brokers and generate weekly campaign reports.
HR Support:Assist with employee onboarding and maintain employee files. Track attendance, leave records, and support payroll preparation. Schedterviews and communicate with job applicants. Help implement HR policies and day-to-day HR administration.
Qualifications:Experience in real estate admin or similar role preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and online property platforms. Basic HR knowledge or experience is a plus.
