Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Assistant Behavior Analyst will support the implementation of behavior analysis programs designed to enhance the skills and behaviors of individuals. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, designing intervention plans using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and implementing behavior management strategies. The role also involves providing training and education to parents and caregivers and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure client success.
Qualifications Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Experience in implementing Behavior Management techniques Knowledge of Psychology concepts and principles Proven ability to provide Parent Education and collaborate with families Strong communication and interpersonal skills A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field is required Certification from a recognized behavior analysis board is a plus
