Hiring: Business Analyst (Forex & Trading Industry)

Location: Dubai Experience: 5+ years in a tech-driven environment Industry Focus: Forex, Futures, & Trading (Mandatory)
What You’ll Do:✅ Work closely with R&D and data teams to analyze business requirements✅ Break down complex problems into structured, executable development tasks✅ Collaborate with backend, frontend, and data engineers to ensure seamless implementation✅ Provide logical process flows, wireframes, and data mappings✅ Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization meetings
What We’re Looking For: Strong understanding of backend & frontend architectures, data models, and OOP concepts Exceptional communication skills to bridge business and tech teams Prior experience in forex, futures, or trading environments Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning Some coding experience is a plus!
