Job Description

Ampsy Consultancy LLC is a growing business services firm committed to delivering high-quality solutions across business setup, PRO services, and corporate support. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to assist in supporting our business development and client service operations.
Key Responsibilities:�� Coordinate and track processes, renewals, and visa-related activities.�� Liaise with government departments for processing client requirements.�� Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and related tasks.�� Support the business development team with administrative and operational requirements.�� Ensure timely updates and data entry into internal systems and CRM platforms.�� Communicate professionally with clients and maintain strong relationships.�� Assist in managing appointments, scheduling, and follow-up tasks.
Requirements:-�� Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in an operations, coordination, or administrath exposure to PRO-related tasks).�� Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM knowledge is a plus.�� Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
