Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie located in Dubai. The Chef De Partie will oversee and manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes. Responsibilities include supervising junior chefs, maintaining kitchen operations, managing inventory, ensuring food safety, and collaborating with the Head Chef to create and refine menu offerings.
Qualifications
Culinary skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a section of the kitchen Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Leadership abilities to supervise junior staff and train team members Menu development and ingredient knowledge Attention to detail and a proactive work ethic Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced kitchen Professional culinary certification or relevant educational background
