We are hiring Estimator for a leading Interior Fit-out Company in Dubai (1-2 years experience)
We’re seeking an experienced Estimator to join our interior fit-out company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in estimating and quantity surveying, with a focus on interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
*Estimating*: Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for interior fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs. *Quantity Surveying*: Calculate quantities of materials and labor required for projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. *Cost Control*: Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and optimization. *Collaboration*: Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
*Experience*: 1-2 years of experience in estimating and quantity surveying, preferably in the interior fit-out industry. *Education*: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. *Skills*: Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Offered Package
*Salary*: AED 3,000 – AED 3,500 per month. *Location*: Dubai, UAE.
