Job Description
The General Manager oversees all operations and drive business growth for our company in Dubai. The General Manager will provide strategic leadership, manage a team of managers across multiple departments, and ensure superior operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue, profit, and growth objectives for the Dubai business unit Oversee all operations including sales, marketing, compliance, mid office operations and risk Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing team of department managers and staff Implement effective processes, policies, and systems to optimize efficiency and productivity Analyze financial data and KPIs to make informed business decisions that maximize profitability Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies Identify opportunities for growth, new products/services, and process improvements Manage relationships with key clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders Prepare comprehensive reports on performance, risks, and future projections for senior leadership Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; MBA preferred8+ years of progressive management experience, preferably in multi-unit operations Proven track record of achieving revenue, profit, and business growth targets Strategic thinking abilities to develop and execute effective business strategies Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities Financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Office and business intelligence tools Knowledge of UAE/GCC business practices and regulations
