Hiring: Professional Hair Stylist / Hairdresser Location: Dubai Type: Full-time / On-site Industry: Prestigious Beauty & Hair Salon Role Description A prestigious and modern beauty salon in Dubai is looking for an experienced Hair Stylist / Hairdresser who can deliver high-quality, professional services to clients. The ideal candidate is skilled, creative, confident, and able to handle a wide range of hair treatments — from cutting and styling to coloring, keratin, and hair transformations. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their craft and can maintain the luxury-standard service expected in Dubai salons. Responsibilities Provide professional hair cutting, styling, blow-drying, and hair treatments Perform hair coloring (balayage, highlights, ombré, root touch-ups, etc.) Apply keratin, botox, protein, and smoothing treatments Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and station organization Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and salon standards Work with the salon team to deliver an excellent customer experience Ensure clients leave satisfied and confident with their results Qualifications Proven experience as a Hair Stylist / Hairdresser in a salon Strong skills in cutting, coloring, and styling Experience with professional treatments (keratin, balayage, highlights, etc.) Ability to handle clients with professionalism and confidence Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and a passion for beauty Ability to work independently and in a team environment Relevant certifications or beauty training is an advantage Experience in UAEsalons is preferred but not mandatory Why Join Us?
