Job Summary We are seeking a well-organized and proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resources operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of handling employee relations, HR documentation, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources Support the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Prepare HR letters, contracts, and documentation as required. Assist in leave management, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination. Support employee engagement activities and internal communication. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and company procedures. Assist in medical insurance enrollment, renewals, and updates. Administration Oversee daily office operations and administrative support. Handle office supplies, asset management, and vendor coordination. Manage office maintenance requests and facility management tasks. Support management with scheduling, documentation, and reports. Coordinate with PRO for visa processing and other government services. Requirements Bachelor���s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.2���3 years of UAE experience in HR & Admin. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law. Excellent communication skills���written and verbal. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Well-organized, reliable, and able to multitask. Professional, well-groomed, and presentable.
