Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen Stock Manager at Quince Restaurant & Caf��, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Kitchen Stock Manager will be responsible for managing and controlling inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained appropriately, and keeping track of all supplies. Daily tasks include receiving deliveries, organizing stock rooms, conducting regular stock counts, and coordinating with the kitchen staff to meet supply demands. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and providing exceptional customer service when interacting with suppliers.
Qualifications Skills in Stock Control, Stock Management, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management Experience in providing excellent Customer Service Strong organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus Bacheloregree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred Preferably with F&B experience
