Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage commercial transformation projects across RTA to achieve strategic and financial objectives Supervise the preparation and execution of the commercial transformation plan aligned with investment strategy Oversee the negotiation and management of concession agreements with carve-out companies Evaluate the financial and operational performance of carve-out entities and provide senior-level recommendations Ensure full compliance with governance standards, agreements, and performance KPIsManage external consultants, investors, and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles Represent the department in key government committees, driving cross-entity collaboration Promote team development, mentorship, and ensure effective project execution through positive leadership
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field Minimum 14 years of experience in commercial transformation, M&A, or public-private partnerships Strong expertise in project management, commercial negotiations, and policy development Excellent communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills Proven experience managing carve-out activities, corporate transactions, and large-scale government initiatives
