Job Summary
To lead the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of institutional events that enhance the university’s reputation, stakeholder engagement, and community impact. This role ensures all events align with institutional branding, UAE cultural protocols, and academic objectives, while driving innovation in hybrid and immersive event experiences. The position serves as the primary liaison for cross-departmental event coordination, vendor management, and compliance with UAE regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or Communications Over 7 years of experience managing large-scale events within higher education or government sectors Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro for event promotion Skilled in hybrid event platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom Events) Experienced with AR/VR tools for interactive event engagement Familiar with UAE National Media Council guidelines and ADEK event protocols Trained in ISO 20121 (Sustainable Event Management) Knowledge of GDPR/PDPL compliance Fluent in English
