Job Description

Job Purpose: To carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks across electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. The technician will serve as a multi-skilled troubleshooter, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at assigned sites. HVAC knowledge is considered a valuable bonus.
Key Responsibilities: ��� Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. ��� Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lighting, switches, sockets, breakers, water pumps, drainage, and other MEP components. ��� Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies. ��� Conduct inspections and provide reports on the condition of equipment and systems. ��� Ensure tools and materials are used properly and safely. ��� Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping at all work locations. ��� Coordinate with team members and supervisors for job completion and task prioritization. ��� Accurately record job details, time taken when required ��� Adhere to company policies and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements: ��� Minimum 2���3 years of proven hands-on experience in MEP maintenance and troubleshooting. ��� Strong background in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repair works. ��� Swimming pool maintenance experience will be considered an added advantage. ��� Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. ��� Must hold a valid Driving License. ��� Good communication skills and team player attitude. ��� Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals. ��� Physica
