Job Description
Location: Dubai (Home Base) – with International Travel Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in Fitness, Sports Science, Nutrition, or Preventive Wellness Reporting To: Actor / Manager
Key Responsibilities• Conduct monthly or quarterly wellness evaluations, reviewing supplements, medicines, and medical reports.• Track health improvements or deficiencies and coordinate with doctors for updates.• Design personalized training programs incorporating mobility, strength, flexibility, and endurance. • Provide physiotherapy, injury prevention, and rehabilitation support as needed.• Advise on vegan and vegetarian diets, ensuring balanced protein intake and nutritional adequacy. • Collaborate with the personal cook and dietician to align meals with health and spiritual goals.• Manage and record wellness data, ensuring continuous progress tracking.• Integrate mindfulness, meditation, and recovery practices for spiritual balance.• Stay updated on global plant-based wellness research and evidence-based techniques. • Travel full-time with the actor or ensure a trained substitute accompanies in absence.• Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times. Skills & Qualities• Expertise in vegan and vegetarian nutrition and supplementation.• Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and sports science.• Knowledge of holistic health, meditation, and recovery principles.• Ability to perform physiotherapy and mobility training for injury prevention. • Adaptability to dynamic schedules, frequent travel, and 24×7 availability.• Calm, empathetic, and spiritually aligned personality. • Excellent communication and motivation skills. Educational & Certification Requirements• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sports Science, Nutrition, Physiotherapy, or Wellness Management.• Certifications such as ACE, NASM, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent. • CPR / First Aid / Injury Prevention certification preferred.• Must hold a valid passport for international travel. Should have had working with International Celebrity and should have had extensive travel experience.
