Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and presentable Office Secretary to manage daily administrative tasks and support the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will handle communication, documentation, coordination, and front-office responsibilities while ensuring a professional environment at all times. | Key Responsibilities :- | Manage and organize the office reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. | Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them to relevant departments or staff. | Maintain office records, files, documents, and databases in an organized manner. | Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required. | Assist in preparing reports, presentations, letters, and other administrative documents. | Track and monitor office supplies, place orders, and coordinate with vendors when necessary. | Support HR and management with basic administrative tasks, onboarding procedures, and documentation. | Greet and assist clients, visitors, and new employees in a respectful and professional manner. | Uphold confidentiality and maintain company standards in all communications and interactions. | Requirements : – | Proven work experience as an Office Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. | Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. | Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. | Presentable and professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills. | Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment. | Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. | UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory. | Flexibility in working hours as per business requirements. | What We Offer : – | Competitive salary based on experience. | Professional and supportive working environment. | Opportunities for growth and development within the company. | Exposure to administrative and operational functions.
