We are seeking a highly reliable, open-minded, and confident PRO / Personal Assistant to:Represent our company in critical, client-facing situations in the United States, and Assist our CEO with key administrative and coordination tasks during his visits to the UAE. Urdu, Punjabi, or Hindi is a plus (not mandatory) and helps with coordination across regions.���� Primary Responsibilities���� As Public Relations Officer (PRO) Contract Finalization and U. S. Client Meetings Represent our company in the United States approximately 2���4 times per month. Engage directly with our U. S.-based clients and C-level exentations on pre-finalized agreements. Sign contracts valued between $500,000 and $1 million on behalf of the company. These high-value contracts:Require wet signatures and personal presence. Are supported by embassy-certified Power of Attorney and bank guarantees. Document Review and Signing Authority Act as an authorized representative of the company to sign contracts in coordination with U. S. embassy requirements. You will handle only the final presentation and contract signing. Our Business Development and Legal teams will complete all documentation and coordination with clients in advance.���� As Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEOSupport During UAE Visits The CEO frequently travels to the UAE, overseeing operations of our industrial units in Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah. During these trips, you will accompany him from arrival at the airport until departure. You will assist in:Documentation Paperwork Logistical arrangements Visits may range from:A few hours to2���3 days, often involving staysHotel Deira in Dubai. The role also involves:Occasional coordination with the team handling the industrial units, and Managing time and coordination at the UAE offices.���� Additional Details������ Travel & Logistics You will be based in the UAE. Travel to the U. S. will be scheduled based on client needs. All travel, accommodation, and meal expenses will be covered by the company. Each U. S. visit includes an additional bonus.���� Long-Term Collaboration Due to the importance of this role, we require a candidate who is committed to long-term collaboration. Our Business Development and Legal teams coordinate the entire documentation process with clients. They ensure everything is ready for your review before meetings.
