Job Description

Position: Full-Time Fitness Trainer Location: Yellow Ladies Fitness Club Schedule: 6 days per week, 8-hour shifts (between 9:00 am – 9:00 pm)
Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and motivated Fitness Trainer to lead a variety of specialized group classes and provide private one-to-one training sessions. Our classes include:• Pilates (with / without Reformers)• Lagree Method (Megaformer/Reformer-based strength & conditioning)• Yoga (Breathing, Power Yoga, Back-Pain Relief, and Air Yoga)• TRX Functional Training• Cardio Conditioning• HIIT with Weights• Barre Trainers will rotate shifts to ensure full-day coverage, with one group class per hour and opportunities to deliver private sessions during non-class times. Key Responsibilities Group Classes• Lead 45-minute structured group classes in Pilates, Lagree, Yoga, TRX, Cardio, HIIT, and Barre.• Deliver safe, professional, and engaging workouts tailored to mixed fitness levels.• Adapt exercises and provide modifications for different abilities or special needs.• Ensure correct use of Pilates reformers, TRX systems, weights, and Barre equipment. Private Training• Deliver 45-minute personalized one-to-one sessions.• Design training plans that align with client goals (strength, mobility, rehabilitation, weight loss, or performance).• Track client progress and adjust programs as needed.
Shift & Scheduling• Work an 8-hour shift (morning or afternoon/evening), including one break hour.• Rotate with another trainer so every gym hour includes a group class + optional private session.• Ensure punctuality and consistent class delivery. Member Engagement & Operations• Build rapport with members to encourage consistent attendance and retention.• Provide professional fitness advice, motivation, and wellness support.• Set up, maintain, and clean all studio equipment before and after sessions.• Uphold health and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills• Certified Fitness Instructor/Trainer (REPS UAE, ACE, NASM, ISSA, Yoga Alliance, STOTT Pilates, Lagree Fitness, or equivalent).• Hands-on experience in Pilates Reformer, Lagree Method, Barre, Yoga (multiple disciplines), TRX, Cardio, and HIIT with weights.• Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills.• Knowledge of exercise science, rehabilitation, and injury prevention.• Team-oriented, punctual, and highly professional.
