Role Description The Professional Florist will be responsible for designing and creating floral arrangements, maintaining flower inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes collaborating with clients to understand their preferences and requirements, as well as assisting in decorating events and spaces with floral designs to meet aesthetic and thematic goals.
Qualifications Proficiency in Flower Arrangements and Floral Design to create visually appealing displays and arrangements Strong Creativity Skills to conceptualize and execute unique floral designs Exceptional Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with clients and address their needs Experience in Decorations, and incorporating floral elements into event design or settings Knowledge of flower types, care, and seasonal availability Efficient time management and organizational skills for managing multiple projects Ability to work well in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
Requirements
2+ yrs of experience as a florist Willing to start ASAP
