Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Dubai. The Quantity Surveyor will manage the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for our projects in Dubai and Zanzibar, monitor and control project costs, and prepare cost reports. Additionally, the role involves cost planning, monitoring budgets, and ensuring financial efficiency and compliance throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications Proficin Cost Control and Cost Management practices Strong skills in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) Expertise in Cost Planning and preparation of Cost Reports Experience in budget management and ensuring cost efficiency Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities Bachelor���s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field Familiarity with construction and real estate industries is an advantage Excellent communication and organizational
