Role Description
Chainex Real Estate seeks a motivated Real Estate Advisor for a commission-based, full-time on-site role located in Dubai. The Real Estate Advisor will guide clients through the real estate process, handle property sales, provide investment advice, and negotiate offers. The role also involves building and nurturing long-term client relationships and keeping up-to-date with Dubai’s real estate market trends.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property management Proficiency in Sales operations and Client Relationship Management Strong Negotiation skills to facilitate property deals effectively Ability to participate in ongoing Training and development activities to remain current with market trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Prior experience in Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage Valid real estate license or certification is highly preferred
