Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent proficient in Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of the UAE property market. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, conduct property tours, close sales, and ensure a seamless customer experience while meeting monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients. Provide expert guidance on property prices, market trends, and investment opportunities in the UAE. Manage CRM records, client follow-ups, and documentation for buying, selling, or leasing transactions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Prepare and deliver property proposals, offers, and agreements. Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. Stay updated on real estate laws, market regulations, and community developments in Dubai/UAE. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE Real Estate (sales or leasing). Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Strong knowledge of UAE property laws, areas, and market dynamics. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Valid UAE Driving License and own car preferred. Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and property listing portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.).
