Masterpiece Properties LLC is looking for a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for real estate sales, leasing, and admin roles. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of brokers and support staff. Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Track recruitment activity, weekly targets, and reporting.
Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment (real estate industry preferred). Strong understanding of brokerage roles in the UAE market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
