Position Summary:Liwa University is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registration Officer to join our registration team. This role plays a critical part in supporting student succesanaging all aspects of course registration and maintaining accurate academic records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, a student-centered approach, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Communicate registration procedures clearly to students. Manage course registration and add/drop processes using the university system. Identify and resolve issues related to the registration process in a timely manner. Handle student inquiries received via email, phone, in person. Issue official letters, academic schedules, and student documents as needed. Update student records . Maintain accurate student academic calendars and course loads. Support initiatives for student retention and improved customer experience. Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all student records.

Qualifications & Experience:Education: Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: 1���3 years in a similar role within a university or academic institution. Technical Skills: Proficiency in student registration systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Languages: Proficiency in both English and Arabic (verbal and written).
