About The Opportunity
We operate in the Hospitality & Foodservice sector, running full-service restaurants and F&B outlets across the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for a commercially-minded restaurant operations leader who can drive guest satisfaction, revenue growth and operational excellence in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Role & Responsibilities
Own daily restaurant operations���ensure consistent, high-quality guest service across front and back of house while meeting sales targets and KPIs. Drive revenue and margin performance through menu mix optimisation, upselling initiatives, cost control and disciplined cash handling. Manage inventory, purchasing and waste control processes to maintain stock accuracy and reduce food cost variances. Recruit, train and schedule staff; lead performance coaching, shift briefings and on-the-job development to maintain service standards. Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene and licensing requirements; implement HACClocal regulatory standards. Prepare daily/weekly operational reports, analyse trends, recommend improvements and liaise with regional management on business priorities.

Minimum Qualifications
Proven track record managing full-service or high-volume restaurants; experience in UAE/GCC markets preferred. Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L ownership, cost control and sales-driving initiatives. Fluent English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. Must have legal authorization to work in the UAE.
