**Cooking School Manager – Mamalu Kitchen Palm Jumeirah, Dubai**Mamalu Kitchen is seeking an Operations Manager with strong finance, HR, and leadership skills to oversee our cooking school and help drive the business to the next level-operationally, creatively, and strategically. Key Responsibilities• HR & Team Management: Oversee visas, contracts, holidays, attendance, and staff performance for chefs and sales teams.• Kitchen & Facility Operations: Handle maintenance,repairs, supplier coordination, and ensure the kitchen is always ready for classes.• Finance & Reporting: Reconcile monthly bookings, match revenues to accounting records, and provide accurate financial reporting.• Leadership & Customer Care: Manage the Sales & Events Coordinator, coordinate with chefs, and handle customer feedback professionally. Mall & Licensing Liaison: Coordinate with mallmanagement for renewals, permits, and compliance. Business Development & Creativity: Generate newideas to grow the business, develop engaging content, seasonal campaigns, and fresh experiences for clients. Owner Collaboration: Report daily with operationalupdates, insights, and recommendations for growth and improvement.
