Job Opportunity: Sales Executive – Luxury Concept Store (Mall of the Emirates) We are seeking a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our luxury concept store in Mall of the Emirates. Key Responsibilities Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs. Deliver an exceptional, high-standard customer experience aligned with our brand values. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, face-to-face engagement, networking, and social selling. Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines, and activity logs. Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships. Use CRM tools effectively (full training provided).
Requirements Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience, ideally within the luxury segment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred. Goal-driven, proactive, and confident in closing sales. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation abilities. Proven ability to build and grow a solid professional network. Must be available to work 6 days per week, including weekends (with 1 weekday off).
