Our solutions automate onboarding, AML processes, entity governance, and transaction monitoring using AI-driven enhancements. We work with banks, fintechs, payment companies, DNFBPs, and corporate service providers across the region.
Role Overview North Lark is seeking a Saa S Sales Executive (Mid-Level) with 3–5 years of proven B2B Saa S sales experience, ideally within the fintech, digital onboarding, or technology sector. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, conducting demos, managing early to mid-stage opportunities, and supporting senior leadership on enterprise or regulated-sector opportunities. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a history of achieving monthly KPIs and contributing to revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities Drive outbound prospecting campaigns via calls, email sequences, Linked In, and events. Conduct product demos for fintechs, DNFBPs, corporate service providers, SMEs, and tech clients across UAE & GCC. Manage qualification, discovery, proposals, and mid-stage sales progression. Assist senior managers in high-value or enterprise deals (ADGM, DIFC, digital banks, PSPs). Maintain 100% CRM hygiene, including pipeline tracking and weekly forecasting. Support the preparation of RFPs, RFIs, commercial pricing sheets, and solution proposals. Participate in UAE industry events and targeted marketing initiatives. Share market/sector insights and competitor analysis with the commercial and product teams.
Required Skills & Experience3–5 years of B2B Saa S sales or SDR/BDR experience (mandatory). Proven track record of meeting sales KPIs (demos, pipeline creation, outreach volume, monthly targets). Experience conducting product demos and handling mid-tier deal cycles. Strong outbound and cold outreach capabilities. Excellent communication skills aligned with UAE business standards. CRM knowledge (Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar). Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up diligently in a fast-paced market. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, IT, or related discipline. Additional Saa S sales certifications, fintech courses, or compliance/AML exposure will be considered an advantage. Preferred (Not Mandatory) Exposure to AML/KYC, IDV, compliance, or fintech ecosystem is beneficial. Knowledge of UAE regulatory environments (ADGM, DIFC, MOE–DNFBP, CBUAE) is a plus.
