About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Account Executive with a strong background in enterprise software sales to scale Edge Next’s new business revenue across Digital Native companies in the Middle East & Africa. This role is key to our growth strategy, with a focus on acquiring and nurturing new customer relationships. As the face of Edgenext for prospective clients, you’ll lead the sales cycle from inception to closure, positioning Edgenext Platform with insight, credibility, and impact.
What You’ll Be Doing…· Operate as a high-performing Individual Contributor with a proactive, hunter-style approach to enterprise sales· Meet and exceed individual quota, objectives and KPIs· Own and strategically grow a portfolio of Digital Native, e-Learning, and e-Commerce accounts across the Middle East & Africa region· Design and execute targeted go-to-market strategies across verticals mainly including Digital Native, e-Learning, and e-Commerce· Drive and lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial prospecting through to successful closure and long-term client success· Drive New Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through both new customer acquisition and account expansion· Maintain a highly accurate and predictable sales forecast, ensuring transparency and accountability across the pipeline
What You’ll Bring…· A genuine passion for helping customers realize the full value of their investment with Edgenext· Demonstrated success in direct enterprise software sales targeting mid-to-large organizations, with a strong preference for experience in CDN, Security CDN, and Live Streaming technologies· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels· Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing capabilities that drive results· Demonstrated expertise in territory planning and generating revenue through outbound pipeline development· A measurable track record of exceeding sales targets and driving new business growth· Deep understanding and practical application of the MEDDPICC qualification framework
About You…· A high-achieving sales professional with a proven ability to hunt and close net-new logos in competitive markets, with the main focus on Digital Native, e-Learning, and e-Commerce markets· Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills; Arabic language proficiency is a plus· Minimum of 7 years’ experience in enterprise software sales (Saa S), with a strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles· Consistently exceeds quota and thrives in performance-driven environments· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and energized by working in a collaborative, impact-focused culture
