Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Florist based in Dubai. The Senior Florist will be responsible for designing and creating unique floral arrangements, using advanced floral design techniques. The role includes working closely with customers to understand their needs and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Senior Florist will oversee the decoration of events and displays, ensuring all work aligns with client expectations and the company’s standards of quality.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Flower Arrangements and advanced Floral Design techniques Strong Creativity Skills to develop visually appealing and innovative designs Excellent Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their requirements Experience in Decoration for events and displays Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Previous experience in a florist or event design role is preferred
