Service & Support Engineer (VIP Support)
Reliance IT Middle East is expanding and we’re looking for a Service & Support Engineer experienced in supporting VIP and Executive users.
Must-have requirements (please read before applying): Proven track record delivering fast, confident, empathetic VIP/Executive support Exceptional English (spoken + written) and a professional, polished presence Strong technical support background across M365, Entra ID, Windows/mac OS, networking Self-driven, disciplined, and able to operate independently in sensitive environments Solid troubleshooting, documentation, and ticket management skills Currently in the UAE (Dubai preferred) or able to relocate quickly
