We’ve partnered with a fast-growing Enterprise AI start-up helping enterprises deploy intelligent automation across voice, chat, email, and internal systems.
You’ll be joining one of the fastest growing global start-ups in the AI transformation space. They’re coming off the back of a massive raise, and looking to build an exceptional team in the UAE.
The Role:As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll lead complex AI implementations for enterprise customers, turning ambitious AI initiatives into operational impact. You’ll coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Customer teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and driving measurable value.
What You’ll Do:Define requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for POCs and onboarding Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions for enterprise clients Drive platform implementation, technical integrations, and iterative improvements Monitor performance of deployed AI systems and optimise continuously Identify new AI opportunities and support customer adoption at scale
You Bring:5+ years in Technical Program Management, consulting or fast-paced tech environments Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills Comfortable with APIs, data flows, and enterprise systems Proactive attitude and passion for applied AIExperience in fast-growing startups is ideal B. Sc. in Computer Science or related technical field (engineering background is a plus)
