We’re looking for a Telesales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
What You Will Do
– Call prospective clients and qualify leads
– Promote real estate offerings and convert leads into opportunities
– Maintain accurate client data using CRM and dialer systems
– Follow up consistently to build relationships and close deals
– Hit monthly sales targets and KPIs
What You Need
– Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in real estate
– Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
– Experience with CRM and dialer systems, and Microsoft Excel
– Positive attitude and ability to handle objections professionally
– Multilingual candidates are an advantage
– Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
