Role Description This is a full-time position for a Travel Consultant, based on site in Dubai. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, managing travel plans, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include scheduling and booking reservations, responding to client inquiries, and creating tailored travel itineraries. Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any travel-related concerns will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements Experience with Customer Service and Reservations Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Proficiency in travel booking tools and systems is desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Management is preferred
